Hello, My name is Chrisitne Latour, I am the proud owner and operator of Latour Modern Hairstyling, and Christine's House and Office Cleaning/Keeping. I have been in business since February 1st 2005. I am a professional hairstylist with 9 years experience from a small town called Cobalt in Ontario Canada. The most historical town in Canada. "Silver Town" and a mother of two beautiful little boys, 2yrs and 5yrs and happily married.
I opened a hair salon in my home because I started thinking about what I was going to do when my youngest will start school in Sept 2006. My husband is a Truck Driver/Broker, so his business is going well. Yet it still did'nt solve my problem. There arent really any F-Time jobs, it's mostly P-Time and there usually evening shifts and weekends. So I wont have any time to spend with my husband and my kids. That is when my husband, my in-laws and my parents suggested that I open my own salon in my home. And not to let all my experience, schooling and license go to waste. That's when I made up my mind and opened up my shop.
Today I provide excellent and affordable hair care services to my clients. And I love being able to work at home and still have time for my family and friends. |
